Paws & Tails Photography

Pets and Friends is thrilled to be the first Charity of the Month for 2018 with Paws & Tails Photography! During the month of January, 10% of all sales will be donated to BC Pets and Friends’ Pet Therapy Program!

At Paws & Tails Photography, photographer Jennifer Oliver is dedicated to ‘Creating and capturing memories of you and your fur-kids!’ Her goal is ‘to provide you and your family with heart-melting images that will last generations and document the very special bond that is entirely unique to you and your special furry friend.’ Read more here.

We can’t thank Paws & Tails Photography enough for this wonderful opportunity! Check out our feature, and while you’re there, consider signing your pooch up for a photo shoot, knowing you’ll be supporting Pets and Friends’ mission of sharing the healing power of the human-animal bond through pet therapy visitations.

Pets Help People Fundraiser

Community. That’s the word that comes to my mind as we walked into Vancouver Career College’s Coquitlam campus on the morning of September 29.

A warm reception from staff, faculty and students, the whole campus welcomed Sue, our Fundraising Committee Chair and board member, her two Great Pyrenees, Decca and Tilly, and me to the presentation room. They listened intently as we talked about Pets and Friends and the stories shared by our pet therapy team volunteers.

At their inaugural “Pets Help People Fundraiser” event, the campus raised over $200 in donation through their bake sale!

Thank YOU to everyone at Vancouver Career College – Coquitlam campus, for promoting the healing power of animals and raising funds for this important cause. Your support means a lot to all of us.

Joanna Li, Program Manager
